I have a lyrics channel with 91K subs, 7 years old, but almost subscribers are from Philippines (55%), Indonesia (35%), USA (5%) and the rest are from other countries.

It will be rejected by YouTube but you can monetize through Content ID.

Here’s how you can make money with a lyric channel

1. You charge artists money to have their music posted on your channel

2. You own a song & add it to the last 30 seconds of the lyric video. YouTube will auto detect both songs and pay both parties.

That’s what major channels like DOPELYRICS do. Check this one out for example, you’ll notice the song DOPELYRICS owns is at the end -
