Etsy overdue balance

Hey guys!
I need your advice. My Etsy shop was suspended because of ip violation.

My credit card attached is expired. So they can’t take money from credit card or Etsy payment account (no balance). I used my real name and bank information.

i used the FedEx tracking from tracktaco to get my funds quickly when I was suspended. But I ship with China post and now all costumers complain that the items are marked as delivered but haven’t arrived already. They are opening cases for refunds even tho I already paid the items to ship them for them.
i know it was quite a mistake to use tracktaco but I was concerned not to receive the funds I earned.

Will the balance of the refunds just stay negative or will something else happen, e.g. Etsy sending bill?

I just stopped selling on etsy. If tracking says delivered, etsy should rule in your favor. They will suspend your account if your card expired. Just update your banking information with a new card.

After each closed dispute in favor of the buyer, Etsy will try to deduct money from the card to pay off the debt. No further action will be taken to collect the debt on the Etsy account.

In the future, I advise you not to use fake tracking numbers on Etsy. If the track number shows that the package has been delivered, but in fact it is still on the way, then in most cases buyers on Etsy open a dispute and Etsy closes it almost instantly in favor of the buyer.
Use real track numbers and indicate real delivery times (better even with a margin). Money for the order becomes available 3 days after the order, if your account has a reserve of 75%, then immediately after adding the real track number, but not earlier than 3 days after you received the order.

If you want to continue using this account, then you need to add a valid bank card and pay the debt, after which the block is usually automatically removed. If you can’t even log into your account, then 99% that it is blocked forever.

I have never seen Etsy try to claim a debt on an account from someone. It seems to me that it is simply not profitable for them to do this. It is easier for them to block the account and never again have business with the debtor.
Of course, you can try to look for information about such cases when Etsy is trying to somehow collect a debt on an account, but for almost 5 years of working on Etsy, I have never heard, met or seen anything like this))

I can’t dm you somehow. I think because I’m new. A competitor of me is stealing and copying all my designs. Etsy is not reacting. I already reported the shop. I know it sounds mean but is there a way to make Etsy ban them?

Even after a credit card expires, the credit card account of the customer is still active.
You can be charged even if your credit card has expired because of a “recurring indicator” that's included in your transactions, in cases where you have added (or "attached") that credit card for any type of recurring, subscriptions, auto-payments.
The “recurring indicator” covers recurring, subscriptions, auto-payments types of transactions.
Banks and credit card issuers always do send regular updates to various payment processors and they can and do approve transactions on an expired credit card when there has been any “recurring indicator” in any transactions.
If you try to use your credit card after it expires, then transactions will be declined, but that is another story.
