If you and
@crushedcoins are having the same issue where a brand new Stripe account gets banned after
the first payment which is a payment using your own card to verify whether things are working correctly and there's nothing else to it then it seems to be an automated fraud prevention mechanism that locks you out. Stripe would, of course, be interested in fixing that issue as many people including myself test live payment flows using their own cards.
So how about you just contact them? Not in a "YOU HAVE BANNED ME WHAT HAVE I DONE!?!?!" sort of way, but include a normal step-by-step explanation. The question here is, are you telling us all there is to it? Or is there anything else that you aren't mentioning? Because the way
@crushedcoins tells it:
Specifically the
"to finance my account" part which sounds like it was substantially more than a $10 payment and that would raise a number of red flags as that would look awfully like a business trying to siphon off the cash to somewhere else.
