Yes, account is delivered timely but I created 3 servers and after few minutes account was blocked. I informed MrDigi and he gave new account which still I did not open yet. I thought to not login or create or start using server before 24-48 hours of creation (just for safety). 36 hours are passed and now I will login to Hetzner account and start using slowly.

Seller's support and response time is really excellent.

Hello,

Just want to update that Hetzner account was banned but he provided replacement. And replacement was also banned without even use. So his Hetzner accounts are not good.

Same experience, I ordered a Hetzner account, it took seller nearly 3 weeks to deliver me the account (!!!!!), But after 3 days the account is now disabled, even without any usage. I didn't create any server with the account.
I've bought Hetzner accounts from other sellers too, but none of them had any problem till now. So I don't recommend this seller's Hetzner accounts at all.
 
DON'T TRUST ON THIS GUY, BIG THIEF! BIG LIAR! I BOUGH 4 ACCOUNTS WITH HIM

2 STOPPED WORK BEFORE START USING (HE DIDN'T REPLACE)
1 AFTER 15 DAYS HE CHANGED PASSWORD
1 HE DIDN'T DELIVERY.
