If you are strong with algorithm & logic, You already know all programming language in the world!
So ask for algorithm & logic, not for a specific language

Very true, except for low level stuffs. All you need to bother about are logic, and how to take a problem and turn it into smaller steps and solve one by one. Language syntax is usually a documentation reading away.

Well, dumb idk but I totally agree with what you say, I think the most important thing is clearly to understand how algorithms work, the logic behind them and understand the different programming paradigms.

I am a full stack developer for more than 10 years. Working with php, html, traditional javascript and sql. But looks like the future technology going to absorb PHP sooner than I thought. NodeJS and all these javascript frameworks coming really strong. But all aside, the future is AI. I would want to learn AI.

Home assistant is pretty solid though, if you are looking for automation (should involve python and a littlebit of yaml definitions).
