Hi Guys,

I run a few Fiverr gigs and a friend of mine is taking care of it from the affiliate side - he's putting my gigs on his website and social media under his affiliate account. He promised me a good bottle for this :D

I was getting extra jobs, he was getting extra money - life was good.

Well, at least it should. For whatever reason all the money he earned for my gigs was cancelled as fiver said that "your account and referred users were flagged under multiple designated metrics and algorithms we use for tracking fraudulent activity. Therefore, and after thorough manual inspection, the decision was made to reject your payment. You can find further information on the fiverr affiliates agreement T&C's, which you signed when you joined the program".

I checked Terms and Conditions and found nothing that would confirm that it was fraudulent in any way. Anyone had a similar issue and would be able to advise what we are supposed to do? Thanks to his help I was getting a lot of hits and orders and obviously it will stop if we won't be able to find a solution :|

EDIT: He logged in to his acc using my router once or twice, would that be the case?

I will do it, but truth be told wanted to check if I really did something wrong beforehand :|
To make sure I'm not making a fool of myself

Ok then, can I do anything about it?
It's like, they cannot just not pay for it because somebody used the same IP address, right?

any update @Kumitsu ?
are you able to get both of your account back ?

btw while it's not written on their site, but I bet they thought you're just double dipping

Well, they came back to my friend and said that HE WAS THE ONE TO MAKE ALL THESE PURCHASES ON HIS OWN.

He sent his response and told them that was ridiculous and.... they could check all the ips or card numbers.
They said that they did it and as per them IT WAS HIM MAKING XX PURCHASES AND SPENDING XXX $ ON THE SERVICES.

I can't believe it. For real.

It might be good to look a little harder into the kinds of people you work with.

Because that is a pretty dumb plan.

He didn't do it. Fiverr thinks that we're dumb or something and that we're gonna buy it. Long story short, perhaps we were out of luck, but we lost a lot of money.
