After a few disagreements the seller and I had, the issues were solved.
The seller gave me a full refund and seems to be trustable and looking for making honest and straight business.

I messaged OP on telegram and they were quite responsive initially. When I asked about the issue of the followers not appearing real for you, they stopped responding. I am looking to place a larger order if it is legit.

Hi quite interested, I am looking to do proper M/S in the pet niche, but my main concern is receiving followers not from the USA % , i have a rather large account i worked quite hard to maintain roughly 50% USA following.

I attach the conversation and the followers claimed to be fake so everyone can check and decide for themself to be fair ( in conversation on telegram you told a different story about fake followers.... if you can find followers with 3k+ followers and stories on cheap panels let me know). I already said from the beginning the way I can target but these are NOT FAKE followers from cheap panel as you claim! I understand you resell this service but if you do this please present your customers right the service and the limits of this service.
