I received a review copy:

Out of 5 test links, 3 were indexed, from indexed one was a profile link, 2 web 2.0 links, one sub-domain blog, with unique content, and one sub-folder link. What was not indexed was one heavily abused subdomain profile link and web 2.0 that is used for parasites.

Overall, I am not sure if I can recommend such a service simply because of the high price difference, but if no other indexing services, have worked for you, and OP can honor an 80% indexing guarantee, I guess it's worth a price.
