I created a new PayPal account and received money which is on hold for 21 days, today I received another money and I got locked with the following verification method
Please is it possible to recover?

Sorry to hear this but you may call them and ask reason

If the amount is large, this is normal for PayPal.
It's also important to understand that if you have a personal account, they have questions about why you're being sent money
And it's important to understand what is stated in the transaction comments, i.e. what is the purpose of the funds transferred to you, ask the people who are transferring the funds to state the reason as charity or helping the family

I would recommend you to contact support they might ask you to verify your information which is very normal, also if this is a new account it is very normal for this to happen

Use crypto. If you're afraid of the volatility use a stable coin. There's no logical reason for a seller to accept tpaypal these days. They have zero respect.

Then you can not do anything, you can do one thing, you can simply refund those money you receive and you can receive them again with new PayPal

New and Personal, what you should have done is to warm up the account before receiving big amount. In case of next time, you should between $10 and $30 transactions in the first week of creating/receiving the account, increase to $50 to $100 in the second week. Then gradually increase to a higher amount as time progresses.

Regarding Paypal limiting your account, you have nothing to worry about. Just provide them with the information the request and they will restore back your account. It will even make your account stronger.
