I tried these services for some pinned/ normal comments on my videos, likes will disappear after some days or a week, sometime your comment will be ghosted (for normal comments). If you are buying 1k+ likes for comments then you should notice current likes of your comment ( make sure to take screenshots ) because sometimes the service say it is completed but we receive no like at all. Then we can ask for refund( not 100% you win the case as my experience). I think mass buying like for comments is not worth now unless the video is belong to you.

do you drip feed and how many percent of likes disappear after 2 days?

I didn't drip feed and I haven't had any drop yet.
