It seems all sites on my server were hit with this. I am using namecheap. Am I being blacklisted by namecheap or is this googles fault? I thought I've installed a virus but everything seems clean.
Most of those sites have content lockers on them. The one legit woocommerce site is working fine though.

I've contact Namecheap but they said I should hire a developer to clean my site if it has a virus. Then they went on about deceptive sites and how they can be flagged in google for misleading people and sent me some links for appeals.

so, the CPA network is the problem then...

I'm using cpabuild. I've asked in there but no answer in the chat. I've contacted one of the managers waiting on a response. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

The thing is some of these sites use content lockers and others smartlinks from different networks but they were all hit at once.

I don't use CPA networks, so I can't help you unfortunately. I merely noticed where the problem could originate, which seemed pretty obvious because I know from past experience that CPA networks are pretty sketchy and I got similar problems some 10-12 years ago when I used them

Anyway, hopefully someone can help you (although, it can only be some CPAbuild representative as only they know what weird-ass scripts and codes they're running on your sites)

Some sites are running just smartlinks and not even content lockers but they were still hit. Very weird.

Like it seems namecheap checked all of my cpa sites and reported all of them or something. Just very weird it all happened at once.

Also thinking if there could be a problem with my ssl certificates. Might have to reissue those and see.

What if you move one site from NC to another host and see if you still have the same issue.

Shared hosting can be an issue at times as not everyone is pure as the driven snow and some people may be doing things to annoy Google.

I'll give that a try, thank you!

I added a new SSL certificate after a month and the problem went away.
I think this will not work becasue I am hosting CPA generators that contains trademarks like netflix .... they banned me for phishing lol

I had the same thing, there was a message about phishing but not with netflix. It worked for me. Remove the SSL and try to generate a new one.

can I please contact you on telegram if you don't mind

Remove the content locker and appeal to Google.
If you're not offering any reward behind the locker and pissing off visitors/ promoting your lockers in the wrong traffic channels this is bound to happen.
