I have seen replies here mentioning that forum links are waste of time. Is it really so? Do you still create forum links for your website?

Who is investing time in tier 3 links manually? Forums links have to be made manually.Don't use it directly on money sites. I usually suggest those links to use it as a tier 2 or tier 3 links.

If you know how to do that correctly - you will definitely see some improvements with low budget.
