Yes I just did.No, you have to wait, the money will reimburse you on its own. Seriously, you see this guy is banned from here and has scammed several people, and wondering if you should open a PayPal dispute?

Jr. VIPs are required to have 2FA enabled, so it's very unlikely that the account was hacked. Could be sold, though.I hope it's ok to write here as user is banned and shitlist concluded.
Guys, it's 99% that 'thetraveller' that was banned is not the original person who created the account. Someone bought/hacked it for a quick scam. Refund via Paypal, recharge via bank if you can.
If you look at the post history, 'thetraveller' was a real user until May 23. After that it's just spamming of the 'Hire a Freelancer' threads whit questionable English. Either 'thetraveller' had a change of heart and decided to make a quick buck by scamming everyone or more realistically the account was bought by a new person. Everyone should go for any refund method they can get from PayPal or their banks.
If various member's hypothesis of the account being sold by someone and bought by someone, is true, then let me do a "karma" analysis based on this hypothesis. The person who sold the account, seems to have done something blackhat, in other words broken some rule that accounts cannot be traded, he exploited some "loopholes" and sold his account, typical blackhat strategy. Even in the marketplace of BHW there are accounts of various platforms being sold, we all are into blackhat in some way or another. The person who bought the account will attract bad karma, as he scammed people. If the account was hacked, the original own would have tried to recover it with some effort through support email. So the likelyhood of a hack is slim. Was probably sold for a high price.
Yes.I'm having an issue with him too. He offered the instagram verification service and I sent him 500€ via Paypal. Now he's silent and won't reply to my emails. Should I request a refund via Paypal immediately?

The user of the paypal email he sent me is from Philippines. On the dispute thread he says he also got scammed, is that possible? How do I proceed with this?
I wouldn't worry about this, I am pretty sure he can't do anything apart from scamming peopleI've found something similar between these accounts. Because @savobaby said to the MODS

Deku this is what happens when you don't catch the villains. Let Eri help you!!!Oh, another bought account scamming on BHW, what a surprise
That could be possible. The scammer probably reached out to him (the PayPal owner) acting like a legitimate business owner and promising him a percentage to use his PayPal account to receive payment and send him, say, crypto. The user of the paypal email he sent me is from Philippines.
