I've personally never used them, but I did find these videos that they posted 5 hours ago:

never used that vendor but the deliverables of them are all the same. you get access to a proxy.
does your program allow you to import a proxy list? dig inside settings it should be there.
if not you'll need to find 3rd party software/windows setting to run all traffic for that program through a proxy
any specific questions could likely be better answered by their support team

I think that you should receive all the necessary data for connection and you can put them into this program, or you can use any other one as an alternative

Seeing as how the OP was banned, they mustve done something wrong in their short time here, though historical information can't be shown. So, if it is a scam, it was a cleverly advertised scam...at least, with it's guerilla-style marketing . lol
