I received an Instagram account review copy. It came with a mail.ru email. Was able to log into both with supplied passwords. Quick turnaround. No issues at all.

Account creation year: 2009
Account came in as
User name + password
Email id + password

I have already changed the password

Recommended if you are looking for old accounts.
