Non of these have traffic, high DA means nothing, Google doesn't care about 3rd party metrics.

You want genuine sites that rank for genuine keywords and have traffic coming in from them.

while im trying for 1 years and still stuck in 3rd page

That doesn't mean those links are the reason why your competitor got high positions on google. He probably have used much more different backlinks (including the real guest posts).
As for guest posts: good backlinks are from good sites. Guest post is about not just high DA/DR, but also about traffic, niche relevance and other metrics (OBL, IBL, RD, TF/CF, basic site's quality and more)

Zombie sites have high DA/DR with low to no traffic at all. They are dead sites used by someone to entice unaware linkbuilders to buy guestpost. But really, the site is dead because nobody is visiting it. No juice.
