Hi, I have purchased the book. I am quite impressed, very solid stuff for the most part.

However the links you provide for the documents are broken, the "leading" website g******.com is down.
I have found g******.cc as an alternative but not sure if it is the real one). Would you please provide me with updated links or at least alternatives, as this is the main point of the chapter about documents ?

The domain for templates simply changed, google the company name and you will find new domain. That's it :)

If you have account registration details you can create any country paypal.

I don't want to be harsh, but it is not true, and your answer is not professional.

I would have let it go if I had not receive your Nth bump notification, I don't know if it is OK with the rules on this forum, but it does not add any value to the thread, and it will just burry my comment so let me "upgrade" my review to you.

1. I know how to google thanks.
2. If I wanted to rely on google based solutions I would not have bought your book to begin with.
3. Even googling the "name" we can't be sure the "new name" is not a scam or honey pot, it's not like we are in a safe regulated industry...
4. Even using the "new domain name found which I hope is OK", 90% of the urls paths are broken when replacing them with the new domain: the website is NOT the same.
5. Why don't you simply update your pdf file ?

and what is the cost of every paypal account by this method ?
