Anybody else that's been using these had quite a few issues lately? I've been a customer since April but lately the proxies are going down almost daily. Some weeks I'll have 3-4 days of solid uptime but they are getting too unreliable for me. Contacting support each time they are down they are quick to respond originally but I never receive word back that they have been fixed and are running again, I just have to check myself throughout the day to see if the proxy is back up. As a solid half-a-year customer waking up to the proxy being down and a lot of my work overnight failing it's becoming more frustrating.

Anybody having a similar experience?

Hello, what is your e-mail? This cannot be true, because we answer all inquiries in a timely manner and either replace the non working proxy, or give you thorough time-frame and explanation why the proxy is off.

Hello, yes our 4G proxies kind of are static. If you don't reload it, it will keep same IP for like 24-48 hours. It will change due to mobile carrier inner logic, but that is natural behavior so it will be OK for your static IP needs. It will look like you connecting from real phone from our locations.
