I see that you do not have money. So you can't invest in any business.
But you have some kind of skills. So the only option for you is to start working as a virtual assistant to someone to make some ground. It still costs here in BHW if you want to go for a premium membership or a Jr. VIP (it will take another 60 days + fees).
I do not feel like recommending places like Fiverr or SEO clerk to you because in my opinion they are not as a closed community like BHW. So if possible, by any chance, if you could arrange funds, may be by getting some more loan from somewhere, to be able to pay for premium BHW membership then that will be the best bet.
If you stay positive and are ready to work hard then you can pay back that loan by earning from BHW peoples work.

Well if you plan to live only with online marketing you can be disapointed as making money online its not easy and it takes time .I would advise you to take a job and work in your free time with online marketing .When you will make a substantial income ,then you can leave your job .I can tell you that i am for many years on online marketing and i still need a job to survive and i work in my free time .Regarding to your life dont disperate so much even if its hard ,you need to find a way to think positive because how you feel attract things in your life .Of you wory all the time and think nrgative you will attract more and more into your life

It’s all in your head man. Like so many people have posted, there’s always a way where there’s a will. You need a paypal account there’s a way to get it.no matter where you are located. Research. Paypal is not a problem as you can stealth it. Fiverr and upwork pays to local banks of any country.
CPA companies can pay you crypto and even though crypto is banned you can cash it out to payoneer. I pay some of my third world country VAs over 200 per month. It’s something and they help me get the job done.

I was so sure you're from Nigeria.
I'm tired of Nigerians whining of their poor situation. It's almost become a trend on this platform.
I'm also from Nigeria but I'm making some money online.
As a Nigerian due to limitations you have to think outside the box I've work with affiliate program in the past that requires PayPal and I found a way.
But you shouldn't wait until everything is made available you should learn a skill and offer on fiverr e.g content writing, social media management, video editing, graphics design, SEO, and so many more once you pick a skill don't wait until you've mastered the skill start offering your services on freelance platform like fiverr and Upwork.
Also you should start to learn how to market online, CPA marketing is a great option for beginners as it is fairly easy.
Also I'd advise you to set a goal for yourself IM takes time you can't start today and get results tomorrow.

You don't need an ID for CB. PayPal I'm not sure as I have had my paypals for over 10 years and I didn't any then, only had to verify bank account or cc.

There are loads of Nigerians here on BHW making good money online. Its all in your mind. Forget about paypal, clickbank and all other limitations. Think outside the box. Crypto is pseudo-banned in Nigeria yes, but even the Attorney General was caught with Binance App on his phone - so they wont be enforcing that anytime soon. You will probably be shocked to find out the biggest movers of volume on all Crypto exchanges are Nigerian P2P users simply because of the card and paypal restrictions online. So stop pitying yourself and start thinking about what you can start with. I wouldn't recommend getting a job, because you will probably earn peanuts that wont take you home. If you manage to earn even $200 in a month online, you will be fairly comfortable considering the exchange rate and gradually pay off your debts. So get busy learning, studying and trying out things -outside the box. Find a way to raise funds to get JrVIp, your are better off starting your online earning journey here on BHW. Your account is old enough I think, you just need to get up to 100 posts, and I think you can do that reasonably within a month.
Be glad for your problems. They are the ticket to force you to move to the next level.

You can use upwork for paypal payment. Upwork has a feature of direct contract, you can simply create contract (invoice) to your client by email. They can pay it via paypal, and you can withdraw it via bank. (3.4% fee applicable, I think its fair enough)

and honestly you life is not sad you have wife and daughter, be grateful.
take some time to calm you mind down. use your logic not your emotion if you want to earn money.
start list what you can do, what benefit you can use. there is no such thing as only negative
you live in third world country? mean cheaper workforce or commodity, heck i know a lot seo agency,writer etc selling expensive service for first tier country, and only pay their worker min wage + bonu based on sell. that is just one example, every country have their own pro and cons look for it.
no paypal? use crypto, try payoneer or find other merchant, not like paypal is free of problem just see how many people got pished by gaypal. losing thousand $$$ from their hardwork with no reason at all.
i am saying this cause i have been in your position multiple time, my economy is not stable go up and down like roller coaster multiple times.
If you want to be self employed,business, IM , investment than prepare for it, its harder and you need to keep learning new stuff, trying it out and failure is just part of it. ther is no guarantee what you did will earn you profit. but you must keep go on. try it out. never afraid of failure.
there is a reason a lot people work on other cause they got stress free from following up trend and growth, just follow boss directily.
