What is a good free theme to choose with starter templates?

I recently bought a domain and want to start a blog about entrepreneurship & business.
But I am confused about what theme should I use. I am also not that good in website designing. So I would prefer a free theme with starter templates.

I would advise against this as Google is deprecating AMP. Also, nowadays, you can optimize the mobile version of your site to load fast and offer a great UX to your visitors. For me, AMP, causes more harm than good.

Thank you Rojer. I certainly value your opinion.

Actually I have a website where majority of the traffic I am getting is from AMP pages. So I believe that AMP is not yet dead. It will be dead in coming future, but as of now it has some life remaining. So I was advising to make most of it till it is alive.

Rest of the projects will be abandoned like ocean wp or are too cumbersome like generate press.
