Hello, I am aware of offshore hosting but can someone guide me how it goes for domain registration and payment options (except crypto)?

Is there any website for anonymous/offshore website registration like there are many for offshore hostings?
&
For accpeting payments on such sites, what options are there except crypto?

you can use credit/debit cards of your cousins you hate lol, I always do this, my stupid cousin is just a parasite, fucking liability. I always use him as tier 1

Even crypto is not anonymous if you use a hot wallet.
Cold wallet + Mixed BTC from deep web + Offshore RDP, that's the way to go, yet no one can guarantee your safety.

Yup, you register your domain in an isolated island state.

Stealth accounts in ewallets with less strict KYC like perfect money or webmoney.

if you want to be anonymous there is a feature that hide your details , or you want to be anonymous and to the hosting provider?

If you want to pay as you want+trust, BHW members are the best.
This year he tried a lot of hosts and hated them all.

buy a visa gift card for online payments
for domain registrar, just like any registration, you can get away with using an alias.
its ultimately the weakest link
imho not even worth bothering with registrars like njala. they're overpriced domains and still shut you down.
just expect domains to get burned through the process. some are more hardy than others. please don't use guys like godaddy and namecheap.
if you really care, research what registrar your main competitors are using. takes 2 seconds to run a whois.

for accepting anon payments outside of crypto you may as well give up. unless you are going to commit some fraud. like making a payment processor account & banking accounts using stolen info. ask yourself is all that really worth the effort.
