I think the best hosting is quite subjective.
But what I can recommend out of all the hosting I've used is Hostinger.
Another suggestion for you, you can check HostArmada.
What you get for what you pay for seems worth it.

Cheap and best - Hostinger
Well, I guess it depends on your goals:
If your aim is to get your site indexed by Google as quickly as possible, use the GoDaddy Website Builder to build and host the site It'll appear on Google within a week, or less, without you needing to request indexing manually.
If your objective is to to have the highest degree of flexibility and customization, use Amazon's AWS. You can quickly launch a plain, vanila linux server and download WordPress on it. The downside is that it's a bit more expensive since it's dedicated hosting and not shared.
If not spedning too much money is your principle concern, I'd suggest either Dreamhost or SiteGround. Both of these hosting companies have great reputations and will be very reliable and well worth the money.

Hey man I'd love to hear more about this, since nowadays index a website is not easy as old days. I guess Godaddy somehow integrated with Google at least they claimed that on their website, right? How about this experience though?

I meant about cheap and reliable, not the cheapest. But when it comes to cheap vps/dedi Hetzner all way to go.

It doesn't exist, because always will depend of your requirements (hardware, budget, payment method, location)
Don't go with shitty companies, search for EIG Company list in Google, avoid them at all costs

You can get your own list of prioritized providers built.
Even though you believe that Host A is the best, your friends might be sure that Host B is the best.
