If it is within your budget, go with WPX.
Their webhosting service & customer service just blows me away.
For example, earlier today, I had an somewhat complex billing error on my account.
I opened up their chat service and let the rep know, they acknowledged the issue right away and instead of giving me some fancy script quote that would of pissed me off.
They said, "I would need to escalate a ticket to our Customer Care department in order to review the case.".
Which to some people isn't any better.
Less than 5 minutes later, the Customer Care Department comes around and tells me, give them a moment, they are reviewing this with the Special Department Manager and until my case is resolved, my account won't be closed and my hosting will not be impacted.
Moments later, they come back and got it all resolved within the same day.
I didn't need to wait hours and hours and sometimes days to have matters resolved with them.
Could of the situation been avoided.
Most likely yes, but at the same of the day, human errors & AI errors do happen and what it really matters to me at the very least is not could of been avoided but rather, how well they will mitigate that issue to not make it into a full blown inconvenience.
As for their webhosting capabilities, I run multiple sites with them and never had any bottleneck or issues that couldn't be resolved via a simple livechat.
