Youtube pays for 1 minute videos?? Aren't those type of videos considered as Shorts which they don't pay any revenue?

can you tell me how this channel fightify got 1M views on 1st video?
As far as i know creating video is not that hard but getting views is , everyone says you need to upload min 50 videos to see the results but the channel you mentioned has 1M views on his first video.
