Summary of Dispute:
Paid $164.75 for 5 AMZ purchase + review on August 24th; the seller has been stringing me along for over a month, not answering for days on end (while I see him online).

• Claimed for two weeks that his bank blocked the transfer from me and refunded it (while my bank told me it went through successfully), which would arrive to me in 5 days, it never did.
• Said the "bank gave him a new account for me to transfer to" and expected me to before getting the "refund". After pushing him for a refund confirmation document, and weeks of stringing me along, "suddenly" the bank approved the payment, and he got it.
• Tried to ask for more money for "taxes and shipping" after weeks of stringing me along - which I had no problem with, by the way, despite closing on a fixed price - only I advised him to use some methods to avoid these fees, and that I'll pay after I see the orders, which he didn't like but let go eventually and kept stringing me along.
• Only showed "proof" (might've been faked) of one purchase on September 6th, to which he claimed he left a review on September 13th.
• The review never came up, which usually happens within a few minutes-hours, never days, definitely not weeks.
• Also claimed, again and again, he would place the following orders, but never did.

No refund received; willing to send a screenshot/video from my PayPal to a mod in private to prove.
However, these are the latest messages exchanged on Skype for everyone's entertainment (because it is quite funny) + for mods to see he has no issue lying, threatening, etc.

Edit: forgot to mention, 5th image has 2 things hidden, that is my country and phone number.
