I don't think so, people these are streaming music from youtube rather than downloading it from any website. I personally not downloading any songs for 2-3 years. So I think the traffic has decreased in the mp3 downloading website industry.

don't know, in my country it is very rarely to get claims DMCA such as mp3 websites.
