Youtube Channel Demonetized for 13 months now

My channel Was Demonetized on 23rd August 2021, With a reply From Google as Reused Content, The Account for the August was $925. i reapply every Single Month till now but they still reject my Channel. The videos aint Mine But its a Videos of a particular Tribes in African of which the videos doesn't exist on Youtube before i Upload them.

During this Hard time is Rejecting My Application i Deleted all the Videos (Not Instantly) and Uploaded another set of videos and Bought Watchtime and Applied Again it still Got Rejected.
Any Idea from you Guy?

Did it come to your adsense?
I dont really know why you deleted all videos and make new bulk, instead of start with new channel. That makes your channel become trash.
May be after some years, u can use that channel again for other project.

I'd say the same. Sure, my sample size is quite small, but whenever they rejected my application due to reused content, they were correct.
What kind of videos are we talking about here? Documentaries?

If you feel comfortable, I would suggest trying the "Appeal by sending a video" option. Explain that your content is original and that you own all rights to publish the videos.
I believe the creator chat is only available for 100k+ channels.

I have had a very horrible experience with the chat support. 9 out of 10 times they reply with copy pasted answers and after spending half an hour chatting with them all you can conclude is it was a sheer waste of time.

But OP can give it a try if he wants to, if he is lucky then he may get a solution via chat, who knows!

In reality, I would advice @bizclerk to start with a new channel and let the old channel as is as there are very meek possibilities of its revival.

forget about this channel, you killed it by deleting all the videos and buying views. It's nearly impossible to revive it now.

if your aim is to monetize to get that $925 then i would suggest you make at least 15-20 videos recording yourself talking about that particular african tribe and buy non-drop views. try it for one last time and see what happens.
