Update: I just refunded this payment due to paypal not releasing the hold on his payment; It appears in his native country or possibly due to lack of experience, there's no "product received" link in the payment details. So paypal won't make the funds available. With payment being held for so long, we agreed a refund is the best solution.

Will update post if we find another solution.
