I would disagree with this 'community' comment wholly. I work directly with the lead editor of the website.
You can purchase a guest post certainly but they will not just post anyone's random content to the front page nor in a section of Google News inclusion.
All websites have writers and accept "leads" to good content. Even CNN. So I'm not sure what you're referring to.

I do not do 'lists' . Too many people are shilling site lists now and sites get spun around to 1000 different people who lower the quality of the sites.

I have several sites that i've not seen on the 'best' lists of BHW, though in this day people are 'reverse engineering' lists all the time; so it's hard to have much that's not being shilled to death. However, I've managed to get a few.

And beyond this, still, most have poor writing quality and do NOT know how to use Google News sites properly. Guest posts lack readership value and have 0 or negative intrinsic value.

Of all the people I've observed from BHW and past client's work , not 1 person here knows how to maximize usage of a Google News site properly. And there's a few people here that just resell my services for a higher price.
