Got scammed using crypto, can I get it back?

It's good that you question those services and ask for advice now. They are scams as well, unfortunately. Ment to target people scammed in crypto or who lost money by accident.

I got scammed so many times man its part of the business, Im not even mad anymore and i get scammed minimum 500-2k€/month. Sometimes more sometimes less i guess scaming people is someones full time job. Regarding paying with crypto you will never ever get your money back.

CEX is a centralized exchange like Binance for example. You can try contact them to blacklist the USDT address so if they didn't already send out the funds then they will be locked, but I don't know if they do it for small scams (they do for big things like rugpulls).

Not only binance, if it's any centralized exchange (basically any crypto exchange like binance, coinbase etc where you register and buy crypto with fiat), if it's still in an account then yes. But for monero I think it's more complicated since it's untraceable.
