300k+ monthly visits low payouts GAdsense

Hello BHW community, title says all pretty much.

Few weeks ago friend of mine gave me ownership of website with 300k+ monthly visits with over 7k articles (health niche) website is extremly good ranked and recognized in my region (Balkan)
12 year old domain with 30 DR and 4800+ backlinks (none of blackhat stuff)

Besides google adsense (which was approved in 1 day literally) i simply cant find right thing to do to monetize it more. Adsense is paying me like 8-9$ per day - sadly it's only 0.12 - 0.14 per 1k view.

I am wondering what to do, since i am shocked with low payout of adsense.

As traffic is not from Tier 1, that's why low earnings.

Try ezoic or mediavine. You can see a bit better earnings.

I will most definitelly try out Mediavine, since i also saw it on couple places that people are getting way better results than adsense.

Mediavine only accepts websites with at least 50% traffic. His best bet right now is Ezoic. Or he could try accepting adverts from local pharmaceutical companies.

With 300K+ monthly traffic, I suggest you to try Adthrive and Mediavine. You should see your revenue increase by at least 5x. Speaking from my own experience.
Health niche should have a good CPC rate.

I'll look up today to research more about those few networks that you guys suggested.

It's super sad to get 7-8$ for this amount of visits.

why everyone recommending mediavine
they only accept english traffic

try contacting local business OP
over ads space to them, or better yet dropship your own product

Gonna go with ezoic, although the waiting time is 30-40 days it seems. I don't know is it true or not, but will see soon I guess.

Nah, not using affiliate links at all to be honest, like i said website is 12ish years old, and at the time when articles were written nobody thought that it could be monetized. The website had the android app and services such as "ask the doctor" and the income from that was really nice. Sadly the person who ran the site at that time was too distracted by his main business and over time he just left it as it is... The website was made with Joomla CMS and I transferred it to WordPress a month ago since then site continues to grow with daily visits (11-14k) which are approx 25% more than before.
I am far from an expert when it comes to monetizing a site, but I am absolutely sure that I can make something out of it, actually way more than 8-10$ daily from Adsense. That's why I am looking for every possible piece of advice out there.

I recommend you to add affiliate links immediately every sec without this huge lost of money.
We talking about 10K visitors/day with so many articles, you can make huge money from Clickbank or any PPS network.

8-9 dollars from Adsense at day for this amount of traffic is a joke.
