Can't agree more with you on this one! The main problem with Clickbank or stuff like that is tier4 countries which are super low revenue. Although I have some Germany, USA, and Netherlands visits as well they are statistically (yearly) just 14-16%

Serbian, so basically people who can read it are from: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia...
 
Try to optimize adsense for cpc instead of cpm. Adsense must be showing ads in your language. Affiliate networks like clickbank can't.
Try finding affiliate network or program that caters to your language(s).

Well i don't know to be honest, this is the statistic of AdSense in the last 7 days.

Okay, your active view is horrible, probably because the ads are being loaded where the users don’t scroll to, so it’s out of their view. This can cause your rpm to fall. You gotta work on increasing the ads visibility. Aim for 80+ at least.
Your CTR is not showing on that report, but looks like it’s around 10%? Also, your true CPM is 0.12, which is very low. Could be because of the niche and countries. Maybe a network that uses ADX and other cpm partners is more suitable for you. You could try Ezoic or monetizemore. Your content must be decent tho, but since you said that Adsense approved you, I believe it is.

You can try VIVnetwork they have affiliate offers for Serbia and Croatia also I think CJ (Comission Junction) has some offers in the Balkan area.

Yeah, I guess I'll have to agree with you on active view. I will try to manage it better. I registered Ezoic and waiting for their verification (10 working days) and will see how it will work alongside Adsense. As I said, the niche is quite popular worldwide (health, diseases, conditions, etc...) but country is tier4 which is super bad for me, but yeah I gotta work with what I have.

Why don't you sign up with BuySellAds dot com? You can rent out individual ad space / banner space for a good sum. You should qualify to join since you have good visits.

Well, that's true. Sad par about being in tier4 countries. But like i said i gotta work with what i have.

Nope at the moment as i already mentioned earlier. It's kinda hard to get affiliate stuff going on for my region.
 
Because it's not Tier-1 traffic. You can try with Mediavine! They will approve your site with that traffic!
 
You can try Ezoic, Momumetric, AdThrive or MediaVine.
With so much traffic, you can as well try promoting digital products like ebooks.
Try with affiliates or lead gen for local companies

Quick update: I started with Ezoic 2 days ago and I see immediate results, pretty much doubled my revenue. On a side note their support is more than amazing, with the actual person speaking with you and guiding you through everything. I also tried some affiliate stuff and will update this post in a few weeks for sure.
