I need to register my business to use stripe and paypal.
My business basically broke dmca(copyright). It's a movie website with subscription system.

I'm nervous about privacy. I don't want to appear my name and my partner. When somebody search on google " LLC owner lookup " or LTD We don't want to appear.
How can i make this right way? Which is more private USA or UK ? I know both options are passport required but I'm looking for "less risky" solution.

I'm living in middle east. I share tv shows and movies related to the my country. In case of a possible lawsuit, I want it to be filed against the company, not me or my partner.

UK is cheaper but I think they have system like whois lookup.

LLC or LTD won't cover that. People can easily find out you by your LLC or LTD if you do such things. Better change your monetization method. Use offshore service.

Yes, I know. All I need is In case of a possible lawsuit, make things harder.
How about If I use 2 different names for my domain and my company? Thus, when they search with domain name LLC they won't find our company.

Yes sir, I alread buy offshore domain hosting I have no concern with that. My question is about business registration. Our customers are mostly old people. They won’t pay with crypto. We need credit card and paypal solutions. I need to register my business and im thinking how secure LLC

Lol, don't waste your time. No chance of getting stripe approval. Just use crypto and as its a service give them like 1 day free trial or something

Dude, they can just ask stripe/paypal/wise/whatever to give your data. Only need to get a sheet of paper from the court, which is very easy if you break laws.

You will be personally liable if you break laws. Limited companys wont save you from lawsuits if its clearly illegal. You are liable for unlawful behaviour....

But I know the guy who use my same business model ( even same content ). He got payment with stripe and paypal since 5 year. But he is not living same country where the video contents from. So dmca owners even complaint and even if they sue. He doesnt even care.

I live in Armenia I share contents about Armenian tv shows and movies on my website without doesnt care of dmca. Probably movie production companies complaint. They probably sue me.
In this point I’m thinking of If my business is registered in US maybe they keep the owner name privated(or hard to reach). And I would like to they sue my company instead of me personally. My concern is disclosed my name , because if they are I’m in same country with dmca owners.

While you start LLC formation you have to provide valid information for that, either way it's more exposes. Another way, you can just use information of recently dead people or old people.

Did you ever figure anything out? I'm in the exact same niche as you and I am aware of a major player that also uses subscription services and accepts card. It is definitely doable.
