Hello, please I have a list of keywords that a piece of template that I have made answers all the keywords. The only thing I do is to replace the keywords and publish. But each post answers the question very well just that the keyword is what I replace.
Please is that a duplicate content and will I be penalized for such strategy?

Most likely yes but if you're unsure then you can always use a plagiarism tool to test it. As far as I know the best is Copyscape however it is a paid tool, though cheap. There is also other similar free tools that you can use but they are not as reliable.

Thank you for answering, I tried some of the available free versions but the result was not good since it is more of technical terms.

When compared to other free tools try 1text.com. It's free and quite reliable.
