Hi! Today I was searching for some notes and found that notion lost some of my info at least I could remember some of them but it sucks to lose your info like that. What are some good alternatives?

I personally use Google Keep, Microsoft OneNotes & Standard Notes.

I use Evernote and a screen grabber called Greenshot.
Great tools separately but amazing in combination

Hmmm I'm using both Notion and a self hosted Wordpress. No problem till now with Notion but would love to know other alternatives.

Edit: Do you guys think Discord can be a good alternative?

You only seen a fraction. I'm up in my ass with notepads :D

Although, truth be told, I do use Word and Paint a little bit too.

Still, I always keep it primitive :D

...or I keep it simple

And notes can only be lost due to your mistakes (deleting, forgetting to update/backup), not anybody's else.

I've had man things on wunderlist when I found out the app and notes are gone forever when the service closed, and I didn't verify my email for the notification.

I personally use notepad++ and also a daily paper agenda.

Yeah, I like that, I like dying on my own sword.

Plus, notepad opens faster than anything else. Even faster than notepad++

It’s been a long way for me to find out what suits me best. Now I use Notes for taking quick notes or thoughts on any device on hand. All the notes that worth digging into will be rearranged and kept in Obisdian, which now serves as my main knowledge base.
