What a way to report yourself to the FBI or police...

I don't trust Google with my site when it's ranking fine.

Did google just allow negative seo to happen, imagine competition posting your sites url saying spam, he submits 100 - 1000 such times and google can’t manually check decides it spam what’s wrong with them

Oh, nice. I guess it's genuine. Too bad this is one-way, and no way to tell whether they'll read this. They'll be flooded with forms, and they'll probably use AI to sort through it all and take common words or something. And then we'll get another update... Hopefully, something good comes out of this.

yeah it seems like this is a slick tactic so they can review your site and then demote you or penalize you.

Yeah, this form has nothing to do with Google other than it being made with Google Forms. Here is a couple of reasons not to fill out this form:

1) Google doesn't care about the opinions of people going out of their way to ignore and break Google Webmaster Guidelines.

2) The people who created this form is most likely going to reach out to anyone that fills out this form and tell them they can offer you links or some other service that will save you from the "Helpful Content Update". The "HCU" is a ranking signal update, so no service anyone offers you can do anything for you.

3) If you are doing real SEO, then you have no reason to be concerned with this "update". If you use AI or spun content (especially those written for sh1tty "guest posting" links), build sh1tty links in bulk, then it's only a matter of time until Google slaps you around in the rankings. It has been this way since 2010.

4) There are no SEO shortcuts and you have no impact on how Google develops and changes their algorithms. If you want to call yourself an SEO and sell SEO as a service, get ready to put in the work. If you think this is a quick scheme or something you can "setup" with a couple of hours of work, then SEO will never be for you.

Seriously, it's not rocket science. If you use "Laday Gaga link building service" "Sherlock Google Hacks" "Galactic Aged Premium Networks" or any of those hacky, automated, bulk, package, services, then you have reason to be concerned. The sooner you realize that those "tactics" are not effective in the long term, the less sleepless nights you will have in future.
