LMAO this why I think these people working in the Search department are fiddling with the algorithm so they can remain employed, its similar with government jobs if there is no issue and eveything is flowing smoothly they reduce the workforce so to keep their job they pretend there are issues and create them so it makes them look busy and keeps them on the payroll.Even after all the AI and algorithms shenanigans, Google's way to clean the mess is to ask people to fill out the form.
Google employees want to remain employed while the website owners suffer, the google employees are getting paid and have no worries as they wipe out a honest blogger, or website owner from rank in turn losing money from adsense or PPC and going broke. They dont care, they should just go back to the original search it was way better as well I could find relevant sites to my keyword search and just eliminate blatant spam sites. its simple really.

Exactly like that, you ever seen politicians who boast about creating jobs during their campaign? most of those are creating useless Gov jobs using tax payer money, they are not creating jobs by bringing in businesses and trades for people that produce legit goods and services. Its a shady game. Google fiddles with their algo when they dont need to, if you look at what they are doing its those people just wanting to look busy to keep getting paid, so they fiddle and toy with the algorithm hurting peoples income while they still get paid, google keeps the department in place because they figure well they are really catching and fixing the search when in turn they are ruining it to stay afloat.Like the big factory, govt department and NHS managers etc all walking around with a clipboard, looking important but don't actually do anything of value?
If they didnt have to keep changing the algo the department gets downsized because it would be useless to keep 100,000 employees in the search department.
I read several articles this last two years about human quality raters several of them left google and started making bank doing SEO, they knew how the algorithm worked and then made money that way its why you notice a lot of Indian websites rank so high? Google has thousands of human quality raters there and they pay them cheap, but those employees start up their own sites or give their relatives or friends the ways to rank so they start making money that way.
