What if the new website is not crawled?

One of my new website, it has been a month, but the main category page has not been crawled, is this normal?

if google has no way of accessing your site it's normal. But if you did submit a sitemap to your GSC it's not normal.

Either create a sitemap and submit it to GSC, or run some google ads, do social media promotion, mention your site on reddit / quora / youtube / pinterest... stuff like this should help

First, try to submit it manually and see how that works out for you, if that doesn't work try to send it some traffic from social media or any other advertising networks.

Post fresh pieces of content in that category and use the URL inspection tool

i bet your site has been crawled, but it hasn't been indexed yet.
probably a matter of time before google indexes it. sometimes google takes 1-2 months to index pages in serps

if that the only page on the site that isn't being indexed/crawlled?

The home page has been indexed, and one of the six category pages has not been indexed.

Check the content on that category page?
check in GSC on any errors, search it up and see if it says anything
maybe something blocking that page directly like probably thin content, probably set to non-index?
Maybe it's redirect loop between http/https, maybe duplicate, non-canonical page?

Yeah, I think that also or it's google treating it as a duplicate with other categories pages

Is your content unique? Sometimes google doesn't index duplicate content.
