Get a good accountant and simply ask them to do the job

Always pay the tax you are legally required to pay

It is often 0 but it will cost you (less than full tax) a bit to find out
 
I pay taxes and also use the services that taxes provide so why not lol.
 
Unless you live in a zero income tax jurisdiction yes you will have to pay income tax on all your income inline with the laws of the country.

The only exception is you make so much money you can pay lawyers / accounts to funnel the majority your income into zero income tax jurisdictions.
 
Alright, I will mention something that would appear controversial, but in reality there is absolutely nothing controversial about it, because in reality it is possible and people are doing it.
On want do you pay taxes ? You pay taxes on your declared income.
Now, what if you have some undeclared income that is liable for paying taxes incase you declared that income ? That is obviously tax evasion. Tax evasion : not good, it is good to pay taxes.
Now, if you evade taxes, how would they know about it ? Through auditing (various kinds and types of auditing). Good
Now, what 99.99% of the people in the world are not yet aware of, is that it is possible to have assets stored in some "place" and in some "fashion", which cannot be audited at all, NO MATTER WHAT !!! (Completely unauditable, and totally untraceable and ofcourse totally safe as well).
Ofcourse, tax evasion is not good, no doubt about it.
But what if a person has not paid taxes and what he or she has done, DOES NOT equate to tax evasion, as per the legal aspects of tax evasion ? Rules and regulations about the same are OUTDATED all around the world and only 0.01% of people are aware of the same.
But, my point is that we must not ignore the realities of today regarding various aspects regarding the same.
Do I pay taxes ? Yes, I do pay SOME taxes.

Well, a person could have 2 reasons for not paying taxes.

1) Keeping more of their money. Get out of my pocket government, unless youre trying to grab my di*k of course

2) And this is the one that makea me suicidal. The fucking paperwork and the uncertainty! Regulations, laws, rules, interprerations, no one has any idea whats going on or what to do with it, everyone is just shooting in the dark and hoping for the best. And then the government changes the rules on you, and youre chasing your tail again like an asshole.

If the government asked for a reasonable amount, and they made the process non-cancerous, i am sure more people would pay taxes.

But since theyre greedy and they make the entire process to give you cancer and to make your head explode, i salute and admire anyone who wont pay taxes to these pricks!!!

In theory in most of the countries every single online activity that generates income it is taxable and you should have a registered firm or be an authorized individual or just declare your revenue (depending on the country)

Now I am asking this because I recently relocated into a new country due to some family related issues. I barely speak the language fluidly and it is gonna be a pain in the ass to resolve the required documents to register as a individual that has an online activity + the costs are around 700$-1.000$ to set everything up and I just feel it is not worth it.

Currently I have no monetized activity but I am planning a long term project and realistically speaking Its not gonna be worth paying the 1k $ at least in the first year ) . I intend to sell the website after growing it and making some money from it.

So how do you guys handle the legal aspect of your online business ? Whatever it is CPA , SMM Panel, SEO Services etc How do you get paid ? And how do you not get in trouble ?

nice try irs ..... jk, yes it can come with pretty serious crimes, i would talk to a legal representative before making any loophole decisions. i personally wouldn't and wont risk it.

True. However, i highly doubt most people here actually pay taxes. Same can be said for most types of people offering any kind of service over the internet, particularly if they are not making a living off it. And in my country if you're just doing some gigs to get by it's pretty much cultural not to declare anything. Even when it comes to offline jobs. If you need someone to fix your door, most people you will find are certainly not paying their taxes. It is what it is. How risky it is, varies from country to country. Most people won't get caught unless they're making a solid salary out of it and making it pretty obvious. It's still risky though.

It's a matter of personal choice: Risking legal issues VS Having money to survive. It often comes down to it given that, at least in my country, taxes are brutally high, and people make jackshit. As an example, renting an house costs about the same as the average salary. If you're a freelancer and you're making, lets say, 1500 euros, over 40% of your salary will go to some form of taxes. If you make something stupid like 700 euros, you still have to pay social security. So most people in this situation really will avoid taxes, otherwise they don't eat. In Spain, for example, you have over 10% unemployment rate, and a few years ago you had something like 25%. But that obviously doesn't represent the amount of people without a job. People just work illegally. It's cultural.

But then again, there can be consequences. Is it moral? Is it immoral? It is whatever you want it to be. You're disrespecting laws creating by other people, not by god. Some of those people incredibly corrupt. My former PM has millions of dollars and nobody knows exactly why. Didn't go to jail. Anyway, you can still get fined if they find out, so just live with it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to test it, unless we're talking about really small figures.

Things will get worse when the cashless society get fully implemented it will benefit only the central banks.

That will be a dark day when we get cashless society. But people will cheer for it, not caring that they probably have friends and family members who will suffer terribly because of it. Because they don't really care, they just pretend to care.

Coming to the topic, yepp. Yes my country has problems, but that doesn’t mean we would stop paying taxes. I pay every single penny needed, in advance… every year. Afterall, I love my country no matter who is running it right now.
