Need urgent help.. Am I hacked ?

Hello guys.. I have been facing strange problem with me.. I can't access any smmpanel from my phone.. but weird thing is that I can't access any of them on my iPhone, my 3 other Android phones and my macbook air.. I can't access on any of them.. but I can access them from my roommates phone.. we are using same network.. I tried with clearing all date from safari and chrome but same issues continues.. I am worried if I am being hacked.. please provide solutions..
I tried accessing using vpn on opera.. I could access them now.. but I can't access regularly on my all devices.. it just keeps loading until error occurs

I guess if you can access from other devices you have not been hacked but rather flagged

See.. I can access all smmpanels from opera browser from my android phone.. or on pc I can use vpn then only I can access..but how strange is that I can't open sites from macbook to all my phones..

Update the browsers (on the mobile devices) to their latest versions, then restart the devices and try again.

Everything is upto date.. on laptop also..restarted several times.. issue is only with all smmpanels

Only opera can open the sites.. no chrome..no safari no brave browser

do you use same operator. maybe your operator just decided to ban it.

you could make a backup of one of your phones, then wipe it. See if you can access from the wiped phone. After you test restore the backup.

Yes same.. same wifi.. but can access from my frnds phone.. same wifi

But it's happening with my macbook air , iphone and 2 Android phones..
