in ranking and traffic.

That said. Few things could be responsible for the zero DR.

Check if your your backlinks are indexed in google by using site:your-backlink-referring-pages
Are the links indexed in Ahrefs?

Is your website DA also zero?
Any improvement in keyword ranking for the target pages?

But if your goal is high DR, just look for DR manipulation services.

Nope. I reached to hundreds of bloggers that are ranking on Google 1st page and got links from the ones that had a medium/high DR , extremely low Spam score and at least 50k Visitors a month...

Also it's not wasted, it's done for backlinking and I am planning on spending the same amount every month if it works at increasing the overall DR.

If I had $2k I'll spend less than $200 on DA50 expired domain. I lost digital-rights.net because my bank card was failing to work, I would have sealed that premium domain for $100 or less.

i contacted over 10+ sellers and got their endless website lists. 95% of them are spammy links who post almost any kind of content, always decreasing traffic volume, very bad made websites. some even had a spam score of 5-7 lol.

You don't want backlinks from these websites. and definitely not pay for it.

Maybe it will be better if you buy single backlink packages from sellers instead of a full SEO package. I agree that SEO packages are not good enough but there are some sellers who are providing good quality backlinks.
I have recently got a good one from a site with high UR/DR, and real 100K organic traffic.

Search for free backlink tutorials in this forum especially those by Rachmaninoff.

Make helpful comments on other blogs and include your URL.

Make a few backlinks on Wikipedia. You have to be careful with this because Wikipedia is very strict. Make sure you link to a relevant high-quality article on your site.

And this is the most powerful. Make an app on Google Play and add your URL in the website link and description.
