I want to re-sell my leads to local businesses, and wondered if I created a BH gibberish page that redirects from the SERPs or a good looking WH site. The reason for the BH site is I can do A/B testing as well.

Thoughts?

If you are going to sell leads build a quality site as that can be part of your sales pitch when you are prospecting for those to buy from you.

The gibberish will increase your bounce rate, lowing your results. Just spend the couple extra days to make it wh in my opinion..

Not sure how this correlates with selling leads. I'm not sure either how are you going to develop that A/B testing and how that gibberish page could be somehow beneficial.

If you are planning to go Local SEO, the most important, by far, is correlating your citations with a site's schema. You cannot do A/B testing with two different sites. You can do with just one, and there are plenty of tools to do A/B in the same site. So with all this in mind, I cannot find any utility in the BH gibberish site, unless you explain me further.

What kind of leads do you have? niche?

It is basically cloaking redirect from the Serps. I don't expect people to read it

I test using landing pages redirected from SERPs. The BH sites are cloak and redirect.
