Cheap offshore wordpress/Cpanel hosting for movie streaming?

Hi, I was running a movie streaming site in stablehost but of course after a while they toke it down

So now I am looking for a cheap offshore hosting suitable for this niche ( 3 - 5 bucks a month for now )

Only hosting I found is flaunt7 (4$, unlimited bandwidth and storage), but I heard they've got bad reputation, is there any other offshore hosting sites with similar budget?

No but I am thinking that maybe too many images will take up alot of space eventually, but when that happens I can just think something up, priority is to get my site running up again right now.

Alright I am about to register in alex host but I have one last question, when stablehost suspended my website they sent this email :

We've received an abuse complaint against your domain ***** Please take a look at the snippet below for more information.

" The Customer is not entitled to use the Services for purposes which UpCloud deems to be illegal or offensive-- Storage or transfer of, or linking to, content that violates trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, or contributes to the said violations--"

You must take down the mentioned website within 54 hours from this notice or we may be forced to apply restrictions to your account. I've suspended your account now. Please contact us inorder to reopen the account and resolve this situation.

I did send them an email but no respond so far, so now I want to know if it's safe to transfer my domain to alex host, and how serious is this email ? can there be further legal action when they see the website is up again in another server or is that it?

Did you use you real personal information at stablehost?

aside from phone number, all other info are fake, however I am from an asian country that doesn't really care about dmca/copyright, it seems the dmca notice was from Columbia Pictures Industries

They're a bad choice for a movie site as they don't ignore DMCA notices if I remember correctly.

You can try either AlexHost or Onionhost. Both have a BST here on the forum.
