Probably not possible. The phone only has 1 baseband processor and switches between the 2 SIM cards when you switch the data. Do you know of any of phones where you can connect to both SIM card data at once?

I did it : https://github.com/proxidize/proxidize-android/issues/7
I don't know if this is a limitation of android or a hardware limitation. if it is a limitation android it is maybe possible to do it with a custom ROM.
