Snowwhite-rapidly loosing patience with this clown and his so called support/threats/assumptions -thanks I'll pm you. Becoming less and less convinced that the script warrants the time and effort. Given lunacy of support system and this guys approach I am not convinced this application is either worth the effort or can be relied upon to do anything.

I'll give "James" 7 days to provide items promised in sales page then if they are not forthcoming it wont be the first time I have been ripped off on line and taken action.

I'll say no more here. Better to keep some weapons to myself

Rob,I am propose the second time, to post here all our conversation from the pm and from the ticket system.So,the guys'll be able to judge,who have more decency and patience.
May be you also 'll understand it, if you have common sense . Of course,if you agree.Then we all can see who and why began this crap. I have spent enough time on this nonsense.

If you want to clutter up this forum with excuses and copied messages etc feel free, I am sure mods will be less than happy.

I have had messages off several tbp users who have experienced similar problems and attitude from "support"...

it would appear tbp works on SOME php 5 servers and not on others despite tester saying it will work.

The installers SOMETIMES installs correctly and sometimes does not...permissions messed up etc.

The instructions if followed do not work on all servers and require additional steps.

Updates/fixes it would appear have been promised for a while and have not been forthcoming

The owner seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth= he is the only one who can actually make decisions regarding application. I find this very bizarre. His "assistant" attempts to hold the fort while he's away the assumption being anyone who cant get script working out of box needs to "know about ftp and changing permissions" ( give me a break)....as I said previously perhaps it is significant that the last post on the testimonial section of forum was december 2007.

I will wait until " James" contacts me, perhaps I can get some sensible answers out of him. In the meantime I'll put it down to experience , write off 300 bucks and tell anyone who even mentions TBO on the forums i frequent not to bother buying it.

What excuses you talk about? I am said sorry several times only for the forum approvement,because James not yet returned.
I am already tried contact to him,but didn't recieved the answer,this is the first time in the history of our cooperation when I didn't receieve the reply from him. I am worry ,may be something happened with him,or with his family,may be he don't have internet access or something else,because now James live in Greece,and if you watch the news,Greece now in fire. I am really don't know exactly the reason,but know that James never do this without reason.
Every normal customer trying to install it first time himself,if he can't,he contact to the support system. Then we check what the problem and triyng to fix it and provide the customer with instruction what he did wrong, if the server ok. If we see that even we can't install TBP on this server,we recomend to change the hosting. Pretty simple.
Now about you,you contacted in the PM and then to ticket system,that you installed and TBP not working. I am check your server and said that you need to use right installer,because your server didn't have phpsuexec installed. You did it,but then again not working.I am again check your server and find that you deleted codelock from the wrong folder and didn't deleted it from the folders wich you must delete. I am said about it for you. Then you finally was able to install,but when you create the doorways you again did something wrong,I am again send for you the step by step instruction what you must do.
And waiting the reply from you. But then I saw your post in this topic,when you tried to extradite your mistakes in our mistakes. I am always spoke with you with respect as with any other customer and tried to help you,and provide you with my help. But you lying in this topic that I humiliate you as the newbie, and that didn't help for you. In your tickets and in this topic you always tried to insult me and James and our work. May be you think that I can't insult you? But I have patience and said only that I 'll not support you. Because I see that you didn't want support,because you already recieved it. So, I am concluded that you one of this person,about whom everybody can read in our refund policy. As I said before, "your tongue is your enemy".
After all of this, may be you think that you have decency and common sense ?

You know that what I wrote in my "pseudo logic/english " is true.
We have our hosting,but you can use another,hostgator if you want.TBP working even on your hosting,but as I noticed it have little problem.One customer fix it with his hosting support,don't know what they did and how,and I even forgot the name of this customer,only know that they upgraded something on the hosting.
We deliver what we have on sales page.Even for example TBP not working correct on your hosting,you can see this, on our page " PHP 5 NOT TESTED" .So,what you complaining about? But as I said it's working on most of php 5 servers.
About Greece, if you'll read carefully my previous post,you 'll see,that I don't know exactly the reason,it was just example.
And finally, you already saw the posts from customers, who installed it succesffully,you even can see, that customer have high ranking for one of his keywords without any backlinks,it's the prove that TBP work,even without any updates. The new update coming soon,so the results 'll be even better. And you'll able to install it soon,may be. When you''ll understand how it work and what you need to do with it,you'll see how easy it is. All you need just little patience,follow what I already wrote for you in the ticket system and compatible hosting. Even if TBP' ll work on your hosting,I am recomend to change it,because on the server without phpsuexec is very hard to controll file permissions.Even I don't remember what permissions must be on all files.And on the servers with phpsuexec installed everything is simple and you always can check it, if something went wrong.

Ever hear of misinformation? Info here is valid and useful. It does not pay to run around telling everyone about it. The mods know about this which is why no one looses any sleep if BHW does not appear in G's index. Why broadcast fact that we are discussing this stuff. You will find several members there are active members here.

Separate issue- Disable license? = Breach of Contract

Google it....try the translation utility if you don't fully inderstand the implications.

perhaps you should stop making a fool of yourself and allow James to speak for himself. If he ever does. Two week now since i purchased. Still no forum access and now one of his minions is threatening to disable license. Your really are doing a great job of convincing people not to buy this "application".

Perhaps you are working for competition...your handling of this customer is not going well. Threats tend to turn round and bite you back.

Ok, you need to understand one thing,that nobody can expect our help, with such attitude.
You can't expect respect from my side ( I am sure from James's side too),if you 'll not respect us. You harm our business,with your missinformation. You are right only when you said that you don't have access yet to the forum. All other info from your side is not true.
You can't to disrespect people and at the same time expect any loyalty from their side.
About "Breach of Contract",you also need to fully perform it.Don't worry about us,we always know our work.
I am heard about Google alert.You need to understand that we always 'll protect our business.Nobody can harm it without being unpunished. Don't forget that searchengines is our work, we already know what to do in this case,it can be big surprise for you,if you'll continue to harm the business.
As I said, show some respect from your side and you'll have our respect and help too. But if you'' ll continue to harm our business,you'll be only one who'll lose most. I am not say only about license so.
You already could have severall sites running and may be the top in the search engines, in this two weeks.But you was the first, who began all of this,so you should blame yourself for this trouble. All our customers have full support from us,and you also had it.

You threaten to deny access to a script paid for and when an aggrieved customer dares to suggest he will provide negative feed back you then threaten his business?

I don't actually care about your business ( sorry james business your just hired help right?).

You have an odd approach to customer support/handling which is evident from your incoherent rants here. You keep demanding apologies - as hired help your not in a position to demand anything from me or any other customer.

As a customer I am entitled to expect what is promised on sales page. This has not been forthcoming. The obvious solution would be as you have threatened, turn off my license, deny access to the forum and provide a full refund.

I walk away and forget about your lunacy and you get on with writing a coherent manual and a script that works on all servers.

I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself and allow James to deal with this issue on his return. I would suspect ( based on opinions of others who have dealt with him) that he will be horrified by your inept attempts at support ( aka threats).

Feel free to rant away..I have nothing else to say to you. I expect james to contact me on his return ( if he "returns") so we can talk sense.Something you seem incapable of doing. This is becoming boring I wont be adding anything else to thread. Get your boss to email me.......

The forum access is not the reason to complain on the public place,as I said you could and already recieved the support as any other customer. But you began to missinformed the people on this forum,that script not working,installer not working,that instead of support you recieved the threats from my side,it's all not true. I can say more,it was lie,all of this.
What reaction you expected? In this topic you try to insult me again and again. This was the reason why I said that you'll not recieve support,pretty simple. You'll not recieve any refund,forget about this,you don't have the reasons for it.It's not the obvious solution for us. In this case every scamer can do so,just recieve the download link and ask refund. You already know this, because you are the member of several warez forums.
About demands, even if you our customer,you don't have rights to insult anybody. May be you think that you can,but your are wrong.
