Perhaps you dont, I do= no forum access-a script that works apparently intermittently on php 5 servers.
Nope= I have, for over two weeks asked you to provided the service you advertise on sales page. All I get is gibberish and complaining about your wounded ego.
You seem to have spent a lot of time worrying about the concept of people buying software then asking for refund. I find this somewhat disturbing and do not see it as an issue given the fact you keep telling people you can deactivate a licence and also peoples SITES I asked for a refund because your OWN manual states script will not work on php 5 and you have continously failed to provide forum access paid for.
Potential customers take note..........do you want to build sites that someone else can in effect switch off if they feel aggrieved in any way?
I hope your boss has the decency to say "ok we messed up it doesn't work all the time....you didn't get forum access promised" and provides a refund. Given the damage you are causing to his company that would be the smart thing to do resulting in people here thinking "OK james is ok , his support guy is retarded but at least James treats people well." It will be interesting to see how he deals with your handling of this case........

Rob,you already can see on the site what server you must have. Again,script working,if you want to use php 5 server,use hostgator. Also,read our TOS.

More incoherent gibberish...round and round in circles...a refund was requested when the application did not work. It was again requested when you failed to provide access to owners forum.
You claim you can turn off license and close down existing sites. So if i HAD bought with a view to "scamming" you it would be pointless as I would have no access.

Amazing you continue to make a fool of yourself with your rants......so people have to change servers (even if they have a dedicated server with a reputable company) to accommodate the shortfalls of your script?
This is a real gem- you put your foot in it again-Glad you mentioned unlimited license.
I paid for it+you have not given me access to forum to get additional scripts

It's your choice,if you don't want to change server,ask the hosting support to find the problem. As I said , some customers found the problem and upgraded something on their host. It's not our problem,if you didn't want to change or didn't want to ask the help from hosting support.

I REALLY have to comment on TBP. I am not about to get into a fist fight with Rob (We know each other at the "other" places under different SN's), nor am I about to lecture Traffic BP on customer relations.
I have been customer of TBP long enough to tell you what I really feel and I think I have enough experience with SEO to give an unbiased observation and opinion. I have an unlimited license and the two add-ons (i.e. "extras" and "Advanced Menu Setup Files").
At first, I was extremely confused (and pissed) about the script and what it was supposed to do vs. what I was supposed to do. A lot of my accounts were PLESK and not cPanel and James setup an installer that allows you to enter your cpanel info and the scripts install while you watch... If you do NOT have cpanel, you are gonna get really pissed because it is a manual install if you don't, and it is a major pain in the ass to install manually. I found a boat load of hosting companies that offer exactly what is needed for TBP to install perfectly.
Next Issue - The multitude of files and menus. I mean there are so many and the learning curve is totally different. This is NOT a script that can be used if you feel that all you have to do is install it. That was my mistake. I tried to ASSUME what to do and how it should work, based on other apps I either wrote or bought.
To their credit, they have written a HUGE manual and although it is a pain to read, and may put you to sleep reading it, READ IT. After your first few installs, it starts to make a LOT of sense, and you can start to make it pay off big.
The support for me at least, was same day. I would have a problem, get pissed, not understand what was going on and each time I put in a trouble ticket, I got help. Not the general BS responses ..REAL HELP every time. I just did not want to read the manual or the warnings (we are all like that) and that is why I had problems.
Anyway, after a few installs for a client with a merchant account offer, I went on to some other "instant setup" apps and decided in my mind that TBP was not worth the effort. THEN, about 3 weeks later, I get this call from the merchant offer client, acting like I had just saved the World. Whatever I had done, he wanted me to do MORE of it.
I am not being paid by TBP, not a shill and have nothing to gain from this, but I can tell you with 100% certainty, that if you buy it, read the manual and use it, you will get highly targeted traffic. I decided not to use the add-ons ...just the basic unlimited install. It gets my merchant offer client about 21,000 visits a month and he is very happy with the setup. I also have a few more installs in other industries.
If you have time to read the manual, get the right hosting so you do not have permission issues, the script is a definite buy. It looks intimidating and with the wrong hosting, it will piss you off, but the script gets indexed as fast or faster than most stuff out there, can be setup to be completely set and forget, and has more than paid for itself. It sticks once indexed and the cloaking works just as advertised.
I am not defending any treatment that a customer may or may not have received, and am not taking sides ..but if you want to know if the script is worth buying, hell yea. It is worth the price hands down, for me at least. And I have everything out there for Cloaking, Doorways, etc., I even have my own custom scripts. This is well worth it for me. If you can afford it and if you will read the manual and put up with a little frustration when you first get it, it is gonna surprise you when you see the results.
TrafficBp, you guys may need to offer a discount or something for BHW members, and you may want to be a bit more clear or understanding when someone has a question or concern. I do not know why Rob is pissed, and am not about to put my nose into it ...but as far as I am concerned, you guys have always treated me fair and your product has delivered exactly as it says. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, as long as someone understands that it is different and you must try to understand it. Thanks for that clear concise appraisal wish I had had something like that before buying.

I am not comfortable change servers to accommodate a particular script i think it is slack programming indicating a lack of updates- thats just my feelings if others wanna buy and also buy hosting to use the script on fine, their choice.
Despite what James's staff say I bought because I researched on line and the limited info available indicated script was worthwhile hence the reason for buying an unlimited license BUT as stated several times, items promised on sales page have never been fully forthcoming=Forum access(essential offering support / advice from real users such as your self not some egotistical retard lol), additional scripts etc.
Disturbingly, oh what a surprise, yet again James has failed to surface. I am beginning to wonder if he has sold this script on or something.
You live and learn. Tbpro has wasted a lot of my time,left a bad taste and makes me feel it is simply not worth the RISK given the instability of their "support staff" and the ability to de activate installations

Just calling it like I see it TrafficBP - TBP is kinda like my 745i. People HATED the look and hate the new iDrive even more. And not to mention the "shifter" on the steering column and the gazillion page owners manual. But after you get used to that stuff and realize that it is a totally new concept and excellent engineering, you fall in love with it
