You’re ridiculous I’ve been in constant communication with you regarding the issues. This user had his account disabled numerous times when we had a slot to submit him. We’ve since submitted him and he was denied. The press was not the issue, however I’ll discuss the possibility of a refund offsite. You can add us to any list that you’d like, but we’ve successfully verified 40+ accounts. You also have an offsite service agreement in which the terms have still not been met. After two submissions you will be refunded. We’ve already discussed verifying you as a musician and haven’t been able to get in contact with you in weeks.

Other users even said it could be intentional as I suspected. Other providers also say they don't matter. Again, the facts are -

• Account was down 20 days out of 6+ months.
• Only 1 article out at the 3-month mark.
• Articles are not usable (all other providers I checked with would have to redo PR).
• Took 5 months for first submission.
• Fake musician is a much cheaper method with risks.

Haven’t been able to get in contact with you in weeks? I initiate contact every time and rarely get a response. Screenshot attached.

• This is what communication looks like one week after - one text back with no real answers.

The offsite agreement has no expiration date but has clearly violated BHW's TOS that "the service has been checked to ensure that it can deliver what it advertised in accordance to its TAT or in a timely manner if no TAT was provided."

I also have no confirmation that you actually submitted the first one.

No I’ve not scammed anyone. I’m not super active on BHW. The user was refunded his request didn’t go through because he had weak press. Verification of entrepreneurs and public figures is much more difficult then it used to be. Artists are still quite easy to do.
