Can someone help with organic growth on IG?

I am honestly desperate! I have this business account on IG and over the past years I tried everything to grow my account- I used different service like Kicksta, Growthoid, Ascend viral- and the way they would work is follow/unfollow people from my targeted accounts. And it did help cause now I have 10k but the engagement rate is so bad like I get 150 likes per post. I then tried boosting literally every post on IG but even then the engagement is bad..idk what to do I invested so much money and time to make sure my content is cool and I know the content isn’t the problem like a lot of people told me I should have more followers for that content. But I’m honestly so sick and tired of spending money on IG when I have no results…I would’ve given up on IG a long time ago but the sad reality is that I need it for my brand-fashion and that’s why I desperately need your help

Try making your content educational. Posts teaching people about your product can produce high engagement by piquing peoples curiosity and you can. gain. a more engaged following.

I have mentioned few things here. just try to do:
1. Have a steady stream of content (1–3 times a week)
2. Use quality photos (1080x1080 w/ 1:1 aspect ratio)
3. Use plenty of hashtags (5-30 per post)
4. Participate in trends and challenges
5. Reply to comments (yes, even the rude ones—it drives up engagement)
6. Spring for paid ads

Do you use instagram reels ? for me it helped me a lot to grow my account
