I've just had a logo created by this seller and the entire process was quite smooth.
Everything was delivered on time, to my liking, and I would definitely recommend the use of this service.
My only critique (and it's mostly my own fault), is that since I didn't use an email address that I always have access to, there was some delay because I didn't realize that I'd received the initial concept until a day later. The only thing I would have liked more about this service is if I would have received a forum PM, stating that the initial concept was delivered. Again, it's mostly my fault, but this is something I would suggest to make the already smooth process even smoother.
