I ordered 4 logos.
What do I like the most about their service?
They try their best to deliver the design that you expect and are very responsive.
A few things to keep in mind if you are ordering from them:
1. You are not going to get the source file of the 3D mockup, but you will get the ai file for the main logo, which is obviously what you will be using on the website. Given that mockups are only intended to show how your logo will appear on a surface, this is reasonable.
2. I have been designing and building sites for a decade now. I have worked with several other designers before. I would suggest using their service if you are willing to put in the effort to have patient back-and-forth conversations with them so that they can get an idea of the kind of results you are actually anticipating. I'm not sure if anyone else who purchased their service encountered this problem, but I've had to repeat the same conversation multiple times, and I believe this is due to the language barrier. I only hope they ask more questions when uncertain about something.
3. The files should have been organized in a drive or dropbox folder as opposed to sending out multiple emails, which is somewhat disorganized.
The good news is that they do their best to comprehend your instructions and are frequently eager to assist you. For this price, it's definitely a worthwhile service
I hope to work with them again and wish them the best with their service.
